Anhui Liyuan CNC Blade Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Bowang District, Maanshan City, Anhui Province. It was established in 2003 and has a national high-tech enterprise, a key backbone mold enterprise in China, a national intellectual property advantage enterprise, an Anhui certified enterprise technology center, and Anhui Province. It is recognized that the specialized special new enterprise and the innovative enterprise of Anhui Province are pilot work units.
As one of the earliest professional manufacturers in China to develop and produce CNC bending machine molds and shearing machine blades, the company has established “Quality Management System”, “Environmental Management System”, “Occupational Health and Safety Management System” and “Good Standardization”. A series of enterprise management standards, such as the "behavior system" and "safety production standardization system", fundamentally ensure the effective control of product quality and the enterprise's standardized business order.
The company's "Nengda" brand series of blade molds and "Jude" brand non-land vehicle clutches are widely used in various brands of domestic and foreign shearing machinery and stamping equipment. The products sell well all over the country and are exported to the market. India, Turkey, Malaysia, Russia, Thailand, Germany, Indonesia and other countries.
The company determined that the large-scale, precise, and numerical control integration of the mold is the development direction of the enterprise. At the same time as setting up the enterprise R&D structure, the city-level CNC blade mold engineering technology research center was established to organize and integrate social innovation resources on the basis of the existing innovation system to promote the company's technological innovation and technological progress.
As of June 2019, the company had 22 invention patents, 19 utility model patents and 1 appearance patent authorized by the national intellectual property institution; 1 computer software copyright was reviewed and registered by the National Copyright Administration.
The company presided over the drafting of "Bending bending machine for sheet bending machine" (JB/T 11634-2013), "Bending bending mold for sheet bending machine" (JB/T 11635-2013) and "sheet folding Three industry standards for deflection compensation and convex workbench for bending machine (JB/T 12521-2015) have been implemented nationwide.
The first phase of the 52-acre CNC intelligent sheet metal mold and precision stamping equipment industrialization project was completed and put into use.
